Using the Qdigitizing Show Invoice Tool

Greetings everyone,

I hope you are having a good summer and enjoying some time with your family and friends.  June and July are traditionally slower months for us and while we always love the business the summer “breather” allows us to take stock and prepare for the busy fall season.  Those of you who follow my blog know that I like to mix up my technical conversations with content that is more specific to Qdigitizing as a service provider.  To that end this month I would like to speak with you about our invoicing process and the tools we have in place to help you keep up to date with what is current on your account.

Every month we send out invoices to all of our customers.  This always (without fail) happens within the first 4 business days of the month.  If you have not received an invoice by the 6th of any given month it is a virtual certainty that something has happened to prevent your receiving the invoice because I promise you we sent one.  If this happens there are three things you can do to get a copy of your invoice.

  1.  Send an email to service @qdigitizing.com and request we email you a new copy of your invoice
  2. Call customer service and make the same request as above.
  3. Log in to your account and download your invoice.

Many of you are not aware of the third option.  However, you should know, your old invoices are available for you to review and download 24/7/365 from your private web site.  Your current pending (yet to be invoiced projects) are also available for review.  If you do not know your log in credentials you can call customer service or use the “forgot password” link on our homepage to recover your password.

To access your old invoices simply do the following…

 

  1. Navigate to www.qdigitizing.com 
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Hover your cursor over <<My Account>>
  4. Select <<Download Invoice>>
  5. View available invoices or Pending charges.

Qdigitizing has many tools on our web site to improve your buying experience and to help you manage your account.   The most important trick to know is to USE YOUR PRIVATE ACCOUTN!  Many of our customers are not aware these accounts exist.  If you are one of those folks please do not hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call.  We will be happy to show you all of the tools we have available to you.
