Woven Patches
If your design has a lot of fine detail and/or small lettering choose Woven Patches. A woven patches allows for clean, crisp, graphic style. Woven patches are created with thinner threads than embroidered patches, your image is actually woven in to the product. This allows for “millions of dots” instead the lower resolution of an embroidered patch. Woven patches also have a much “softer hand” than a traditional embroidered patch. Because of the light weight and supple feel this product is ideal for use on athletic and Performance apparel.
